Blood Harvest Super Moon Reflection
On september 28th 2015 there was a total eclipse of the moon, which made the Moon go red for a while; the so called Blood Moon. At the same time it was the Full Moon closest to Autumn Equinox, which is called Harvest Moon. And finally it was a Super Moon, which makes the Moon look big, because the Moon is as close as it gets to the Earth in its elliptical orbit. Photo by Karen Vesterager. Best viewed in large.
